Beginning September 2011, Taste Eden Valley will be showcasing the creative talents of Theo Marks with monthly-changing seven-course set menu designed around traditional Spanish Tapas. Please see the attached flier and menu for details.

Wine Appreciation Courses

Join winemaker and Baron of the Barossa, David Armstrong in an informal and engaging wine appreciation session in the Taste Eden Valley Wine Room.

We will cover the basic techniques of how to taste and assess wines, and how to detect varietal diferences giving you more confdence in selecting wines for your cellar.

Session Times:

The first and fourth Saturday of the month. 9:30am - 11:00am

Alternate session times may be available by appointment for groups of 8 or more.
